A two-week hackathon from WeMakeDevs and Wispr Flow. Build something that solves a problem in your own work, speak instead of type while you build it, and compete for ₹3 lakh in prizes.
Think of the one task at work you keep meaning to fix. It might be the report you rebuild every Monday, the pull request that still needs a description, or the follow-up emails that pile up after calls. Starting today, you have two weeks, a public leaderboard and a ₹1 lakh prize as reasons to finally build the fix.
That is No Hands: The Wispr Challenge. We're running it with Wispr Flow, it's online, it's free, and it's open to everyone in India. While you build, you use your voice for your prompts, docs and messages instead of your keyboard.
The challenge at a glance
| Dates | Friday 16 October to Friday 30 October 2026 |
| Where | Online |
| Who | Anyone in India: developers, working professionals, founders and students |
| Teams | Solo, or a team of up to four |
| Cost | Free, with 1 month of Wispr Flow Pro included |

| Deadline | Submit by Friday 30 October, 11:59 pm IST |
Speak naturally. Get clear, polished writing.
Wispr Flow turns your voice into text in the apps you already use. You hold a key and speak, and the text appears where your cursor is, with the filler words removed and the formatting handled, and it still sounds like you. Wispr puts it at about four times faster than typing.
If you write code, that means giving your AI tools the full context. You can dictate requirements, constraints and follow-ups straight into your coding tools, without stopping to type or copy text between apps. If you don't write code, it means less effort getting your thoughts onto the page, whether that's documentation, emails or team updates.

Two tracks to build in
Builders, for developers. Build a working software product that solves a problem in your own work. It could be a standup summary bot, a release notes writer or a code review assistant.
At Work, for professionals. Build a working tool for your own job with an AI app builder or assistant. There are subtracks for marketers, product managers, sales, operations and founders, and one for everyone else. Think campaign brief generators, follow-up email writers and weekly report tools.
Everyone who registers is also on the Wispr usage leaderboard, which ranks the words you dictate during the challenge.
What you can win
| Prize | Who wins it |
|---|---|
| ₹1,00,000 in cash | The top project in the Builders track |
| ₹1,00,000 in cash | The top project in the At Work track |
| ₹1,00,000 in cash | Rank 1 on the Wispr usage leaderboard |
| Weekly and monthly prizes | The top highlights of each week, with a monthly pick at the end |
Winners are announced on Friday 6 November, and the prize money is sent the same day.

You'll need a Mac or Windows computer with a microphone.
How projects are judged
Every project is scored by multiple judges, and every score and comment is public on the leaderboard. Judges look at whether it solves a real problem in your work (30%), how you used Wispr (30%), whether it works (25%) and how clear your demo is (15%). Scores go up on Wednesday 4 November, and you can question yours before the winners are confirmed.
Register today

Registration stays open until submissions close. The earlier you start, though, the more of the two weeks you get to build, and the more words you put on the usage leaderboard. It's free, it takes two minutes, and you start with a month of Wispr Flow Pro.
See you on the leaderboard, Kunal
