Lore: the company brain for Kubernetes

Lore is a company brain built on public Kubernetes data. It holds about 6,800 nodes and 57,000 relationships (people, PRs, issues, SIGs, KEPs, decisions) in a FalkorDB graph. You can ask it: Who owns this area? It shows the official owners and the people who actually do the work. Why was this decided? It shows the decision trail with sources. What is stale? It finds old decisions nobody has revisited. Who should get this issue? It suggests the right people, and you click Approve to post the routing comment on a GitHub issue. We tested it with a “no peeking” test on 446 real PRs. Lore found the real reviewer in its top 3 guesses 77% of the time. Busiest reviewers got 43%, SIG leads 34%, and OWNERS file approvers 16%.
