    TraceFix is an explainable, graph-powered AI incident investigation system for software engineers and site reliability teams. When a service encounters an incident, engineers need to understand which dependent services might be affected and what to investigate next. TraceFix uses FalkorDB to traverse service dependencies, retrieve linked runbooks, identify direct and indirect dependents, and generate an evidence-backed diagnostic action plan. A Groq-hosted language model can use investigation tools to help explain findings, while Streamlit presents the results in an interactive dashboard. TraceFix distinguishes potential impact from confirmed failures and provides recommendations without claiming automatic remediation.
